Thanks so much for that awesome comment, Marta. “Big Trouble in Little China” stuck in my memory too and yes, it may be a little ridiculous when you watch it today, but it was so much fun to watch as a kid. I think if you saw these movies originally then you’re used to this feeling of the effects and it stands the test of time. You have to put yourself back in that time when you watch a film. This gets harder and harder for people. But it’s always worth a try :)
